Who We Are

CBYF stands for Communities Building Youth Futures

We are a youth-led initiative focused on improving high school graduation rates and youth outcomes in Oxford County. Although we are youth-led, we have members from local organizations passionate about supporting youth in our community who actively engage as Community Allies, to help guide and support the work we do! 

For us, youth is defined as someone between the ages of 15-30 – which means even if you are in your 20’s you are still considered a youth!
