Community Employment Services (CES) is partnering with CBYF to build a network of support for youth in our community. CES meets students where they are at, whether that be in their schools or at one of our local offices. We are so excited to be a part of the CBYF blog and to have the opportunity to share our knowledge with all of you!
CES has LOADS of available resources and supports for youth looking to pave their way into Oxford County’s workforce. When you come to CES as a youth, you will connect with a counsellor to develop goals and a plan of action. CES supports youth of all ages. What do we mean when we say youth of all ages? Well, CES services students as young as 13 and 14, who are entering the workforce for the first time. We also service youth all the way up to age 29 who are looking for their dream job. Whether you are looking to get help creating a resume or if you are just looking to see a friendly and encouraging face, visit CES!
Employment opportunities in Oxford are endless. Maybe you are looking for a part time job to earn you some cash while making your way through high school, or looking to secure full time employment right after graduation. Whatever your situation may be, Oxford County has something for everyone. CES works to remove barriers that youth face to employment. Our job is very rewarding, as we have the privilege of seeing you BLOOM. We are thrilled to work with the youth of Oxford County and watch them grow and contribute to our community. Together we can all work to make the futures of Oxford County Youth brighter!
